Are you insured?
We carry insurance for our employees and for the work that we do in your home. We also guarantee customer satisfaction. Was something not cleaned the way that you expected? Let us know, and we will do our best to put things right.
Will all stains come out?
We cannot guarantee that every stain will come out. Some stains can cause permanent discolouration to fibres which set and will not lift. This can be discussed during the inspection process.
Do you move furnitures?
No, we ask that you move the items that you want off the floor prior to our arrival. You can put smaller items up on beds or couches, so we can cover more areas.
Parking?
Please leave a space in your driveway closest to the entry of your home for our car.
