What we collect
When you contact us through our website, phone or email, we collect the details you provide: such as your name, email address, phone number, suburb and a description of the service you need. We only ask for what we need to quote and complete your clean.
How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, provide quotes, schedule and deliver our cleaning services, and follow up on your experience. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
How we store it
Enquiries submitted through our contact form are delivered to us by email. We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and retain it only as long as needed to serve you.
How we measure the website
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site, which pages are visited, which links are clicked, and whether an enquiry came from a search or an ad. This is about pages and traffic, not about identifying you personally, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles of individuals.
We also use Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors move through a page, scrolling, clicks and taps, and can replay those sessions so we can see where a page is confusing. Clarity masks text you type into forms by default, so what you enter in the contact form is not captured in a recording. Both services are provided by third parties, which means some of this activity data is processed on their systems under their own privacy terms.
You can opt out of both at any time using your browser's "Do Not Track" or tracking-protection settings, or an ad or script blocker, none of it is needed to browse the site, get a quote or book a clean.
