It covers our workmanship, which is what a guarantee should mean: we won't promise to lift a stain that's physically permanent, and we'll tell you that honestly before we start rather than after.

General sanitising and deodorising are included free with every job, along with treatment of common organic stains like coffee, wine and food. Pet urine odour treatment is charged separately. It's a specialist enzyme process that takes extra time and product, so it isn't part of the standard clean. We'll quote it before we start, never after.

Access to the rooms, a power point and a tap. Please clear small items, and move any furniture you want cleaned underneath. We clean around whatever is left in place rather than shifting it.
