We don't push sealing. For most homes a proper deep clean is what actually makes the difference, and we'd rather you spend your money there. If you do want it done, we're happy to seal your grout as an extra at additional cost, and we'll quote it upfront so you can decide.

Yes, showers and wet areas are a common job for us. We treat and lift mould and soap scum from the grout and tile. Sealing is a paid extra if you want it, but we don't push it.

We clean most hard tiled surfaces including ceramic, porcelain and stone-look floors, splashbacks and wet areas. Let us know your tile type when you book and we'll confirm the best approach.

If any part of the clean isn't up to scratch, tell Jin on the day and he'll re-do it before he packs up. He doesn't call a job finished until you're happy with it. If you only notice something after we've left, you have 7 days to call (03) 4328 5637 and we'll come back and re-clean that area at no charge. It covers our workmanship, which is what a guarantee should mean: we won't promise to lift a stain that's physically permanent, and we'll tell you that honestly before we start rather than after.

General sanitising and deodorising are included free with every job, along with treatment of common organic stains like coffee, wine and food. Pet urine odour treatment is charged separately. It's a specialist enzyme process that takes extra time and product, so it isn't part of the standard clean. We'll quote it before we start, never after.

Access to the rooms, a power point and a tap. Please clear small items, and move any furniture you want cleaned underneath. We clean around whatever is left in place rather than shifting it. Let us know about problem spots or delicate fibres before we start.
