Grout is porous, so grime sinks below the surface where a mop can’t reach. Our high-pressure clean flushes that build-up out of the grout lines, which is why floors look genuinely restored afterwards.

We don’t push sealing — for most homes a proper deep clean is what actually makes the difference, and we’d rather you spend your money there. If you do want it done, we’re happy to seal your grout as an extra at additional cost, and we’ll quote it upfront so you can decide.

Yes — showers and wet areas are a common job for us. We treat and lift mould and soap scum from the grout and tile, and sealing afterwards helps slow it coming back.

We clean most hard tiled surfaces including ceramic, porcelain and stone-look floors, splashbacks and wet areas. Let us know your tile type when you book and we’ll confirm the best approach.

General sanitising and deodorising are included free with every job, along with treatment of common organic stains like coffee, wine and food. Pet urine odour treatment is charged separately — it’s a specialist enzyme process that takes extra time and product, so it isn’t part of the standard clean. We’ll quote it before we start, never after.

Access to the rooms, a power point and a tap. Please clear small items, and move any furniture you want cleaned underneath — we clean around whatever is left in place rather than shifting it. Let us know about problem spots or delicate fibres before we start. Pets are welcome to stay home — our solutions are pet- and child-safe once dry — though most people find it easier to keep them in another room while we work.
